- Next: the family's agreement not to sell, made with last year's offering, runs 365 days from Nov. 10, 2025.

On the next day's call, Gahlhoff said "AI and LLM-driven search are meaningfully changing the way customers discover service providers." LLMs are the large language models behind AI chatbots. The company is "not assuming a return to historical patterns," he said. Chief Financial Officer Will Harkins said Rollins now expects organic growth of 4% to 6% for 2026, according to a transcript published by The Motley Fool.Transcript
In his prepared remarks, Harkins said that as Rollins makes progress, it believes the business has the potential to return to organic growth of 7% to 8%. Ronan Kennedy of Barclays, asking for analyst Manav Patnaik, then asked what made management confident its priorities would "ultimately restore growth rather than simply make the disruption more manageable." Gahlhoff answered that "the world has completely changed in this space" and that it would be "a constant test, learn, adjust," the transcript shows.Transcript
Rollins was buying too
The company also bought its own stock on the open market this year, after buying none there in 2025. It paid $140 million through Sept. 30, an average of $40.10 a share, its quarterly report shows. It bought none in September.10-Q Its "conviction in the intrinsic value of the business" supported the buying, Harkins said in the results release.8-K

How we got these numbers
- Prices are end-of-day closes as traded, not adjusted for dividends. Daily moves are close to close. Rollins split its stock 3-for-2 in 2018 and 2020; the chart's 5Y and 10Y ranges adjust earlier prices for those splits. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 lines follow SPY and QQQ, also as traded, rebased to Rollins' close at the start of the range shown. The Filings switch shows the filing markers from KeyVex's Rollins stock page, a selection of congressional trades, insider sales, Form 144 notices, 8-Ks and lobbying filings: not every filing, and not only those tied to this story.
- Dollar amounts for LOR's trades are shares times the price each Form 4 reports (a weighted average where the filing gives one). Its 2022 to 2025 sales total 76,424,753 shares and $3,116,769,415. The sale prices are those its Form 4s report; for the November 2025 offering, that is what LOR received after the underwriter's discount ($57.50 to the public, $0.57 a share in discounts and commissions).
- "Largest purchase" compares every purchase coded P (open market or private) on Rollins Form 4s in SEC's insider data from 2006, which KeyVex holds, with the Oct. 29 purchase. The code also covers private purchases; the Oct. 29 filing's prices, $33.94 to $34.785, sit inside that day's trading range.
- LOR's share of Rollins is its 146,728,468 directly held shares divided by the 478,045,280 shares outstanding on Oct. 12, 2026, KeyVex's math.
