Every night, KeyVex checks each dataset against the government or SEC source it comes from and counts how many of the source's records it holds. These are the latest results, as measured, with the note that says exactly what each number covers.

The percentage is the share of the source's records, in the window or slice the note names, that KeyVex holds. The floor is the level each dataset is held to; a reading under it is flagged. Partial means part of the source could not be checked and the figure covers the rest. Not measured and Not judged mean there is no clean figure, so none is shown. Stale means the reading is older than 48 hours. Carried forward means the latest check didn't finish and the earlier reading stands, as its note says.
